You'll oversee a freelance network and support social video production across Eater's regional outlets. You'll manage projects from concept to post-production while balancing business priorities and platform trends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage freelance correspondents and regional audience editors
• Produce, execute, and edit social videos across formats and regions
• Create and deliver social video concepts for sponsorship campaigns
• Develop new social video concepts with producers and editors

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience producing social video
• Strong skills in developing social concepts for video
• Experience with sponsorship campaigns
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous people freelance management experience
• Previous Talent or Creator management experience
• Both high-end (DSLR) and low-fi (iPhone) shooting capabilities
