🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage industrial assets end-to-end, including tenant support and reporting.
• Lead leasing process with market analysis and negotiations.
• Conduct transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions.
• Review appraisals, operational budgets, and capital work.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of asset management experience in industrial/commercial real estate.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial analysis.
• Financial statement knowledge and understanding of finance concepts.
