💼 About This Role

You'll own the customer journey end-to-end at a hypergrowth AI startup, winning pilot adoptions and driving referral growth. You'll run onboardings, coach users, and scale processes to help Ajax double or triple its growth rate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run onboarding calls and 1-1 setup sessions
• Own pilot success from kickoff to closing
• Investigate issues and feed insights to engineering
• Automate repeated steps and create playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years experience in banking, consulting, or startups
• Comfortable diving into Excel
• Know or excited to learn SQL
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
