Requirements

  • 3+ years customer-facing experience
  • Proven experience as Service Advisor in dealership or independent shop
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with dealership DMS and scheduling software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
  • Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance based on OEM guidelines
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager for timely completion
  • Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
