Requirements
- 3+ years customer-facing experience
- Proven experience as Service Advisor in dealership or independent shop
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with dealership DMS and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
- Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance based on OEM guidelines
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager for timely completion
- Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
