You'll lead the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive business results at Alo Yoga's Laval location. You'll coach associates on product knowledge and customer connection, analyze sales reports to strategize growth, and create a sanctuary environment that sets Alo apart. This role combines people leadership with business operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess guest connection and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Analyze reports to strategize and drive sales results
• Ensure effective floor coverage through workforce planning
• Supervise sales associates and support recruitment and development

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in a customer-centric environment
• Bilingual (English/French)
• Proven leadership skills with excellent decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
