You'll own full-cycle U.S. multistate payroll operations for a high-growth AI legal-tech company. Your work ensures accurate tax compliance and payroll execution across the employee lifecycle. This role offers global collaboration and a comprehensive benefits package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end U.S. multistate payroll processing semimonthly.
• Partner with PEO for compliance and expansion into new states.
• Administer benefits deductions including 401(k), HSA, and FSA.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for tax filings.

📋 Requirements

• Multistate payroll management experience with 500+ employees.
• Experience in a technology or scale-up startup environment.
• Strong understanding of PEO models and functionality.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
