💼 About This Role

You'll take a lead role in financial reporting and implement accounting best practices across a family of operating companies. You'll build relationships with finance leads across the portfolio and collaborate with the CFO on strategic priorities. The role offers opportunities to lead others and step into a Controller-level role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement consistent accounting practices across portfolio companies.
• Ensure timely month-end accounting closes for portfolio and holding company.
• Assist with preparation of consolidated financial reports.
• Support financial onboarding of newly acquired companies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP compliance
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel

• QuickBooks knowledge
• Microsoft Business Central knowledge
