You will define and drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for enterprise and identity security capabilities, ensuring they are treated as internal products. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align with risk priorities and support business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in security product management or strategy for enterprise and identity security
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without direct authority
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, authentication, zero-trust, and cloud security posture
• Experience in program management and structured governance
• Familiarity with data security capabilities (DLP, classification, encryption) and AI security

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Security, Identity Security, and AI Security
• Align roadmap priorities with enterprise risk objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving threats
• Define value propositions and service models for Enterprise Security and Identity Management capabilities
• Own the portfolio view of Enterprise, Identity, and AI Security initiatives and manage strategic programs
• Partner with Identity Access Management, Infrastructure Security, and AI/ML leaders to align priorities
