💼 About This Role

You'll lead the warehouse team during your shift at a Gopuff micro-fulfillment center. You'll ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, manage inventory, and support delivery partners. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage shift staff, including training new team members
• Pick and pack items accurately for dispatch to customers
• Manage delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experience
• Receive inbound goods, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Flexibility to cover shifts between 7am and 3am
