You'll lead the development and revision of B Lab Standards for social topics like Human Rights and Fair Work. You'll ensure standards are accessible and drive continuous improvement across the B Corp movement. This remote-first role offers global impact in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research and standards development for social components of B Lab Standards
• Develop supplemental content for standards accessibility and understanding
• Support communication and interpretation of standards across stakeholders
• Contribute to Standards Advisory Council meetings for decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in social standards or related field
• Expertise in human rights, fair work, or JEDI
• Experience developing or managing certification standards
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
