You'll support employees and managers through leave and accommodation processes at a leader in immersive experiences. You'll ensure clear communication and timely support for complex cases. This role offers a chance to partner closely with HR, Legal, and Benefits teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with employees and managers on leave and accommodation requests
• Facilitate interactive process for ADA accommodation requests
• Coordinate and track Workers' Compensation claims
• Maintain accurate internal tracking and documentation
• Develop and maintain internal processes for leave timelines

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience administering employee leaves and ADA accommodations
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting hourly and corporate employee populations
