Description

You will own the development and deployment of Anduril's TRS technologies, driving technical execution from concept through delivery and managing customer relationships with the Department of Defense.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years managing complex technical systems development
• Track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects on time and budget
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to travel 50%

Responsibilities

• Drive technical execution of development programs from concept through delivery
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and technical standards
• Serve as bridge between Program Managers and engineering teams
• Develop trusting relationships with DoD customers for rapid iteration
• Own end-to-end execution of program technical scope
