You'll source debt and equity financing for commercial real estate transactions, working with developers and owners. You'll build relationships with capital sources to secure favorable terms and collaborate with investment sales agents to capture market share. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers and owners
• Prescreen and qualify transactions for underwriting
• Structure transactions and prepare underwriting presentations
• Work with capital sources to secure financing for clients

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of capital markets experience in brokerage or investment bank
• Proven ability to transfer key client relationships
• Track record of creating client-centric relationships
• Collaborative style to meet corporate objectives
