💼 About This Role

You'll build enterprise-grade AI agents for Sierra's platform, partnering directly with engineers and customers to ship agents handling thousands of conversations daily. You'll shape the product roadmap and become a trusted advisor to customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations daily
• Engage with customers to assess requirements and present agent demonstrations
• Overcome technical challenges by working with customer technical counterparts
• Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing new features

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
• Past experience in Product Management at Senior PM level or above
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Degree in technical or related field or equivalent experience

✨ Nice to Have

• AI-related experience (especially product development for AI agents)
• Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go
• MBA or equivalent professional experience
