- Oversee end-to-end planning for Ads Solutions capacity and quotas
- Build capacity models and streamline headcount management
- Design and manage incentive programs to boost productivity
- Develop reporting frameworks and present insights to leadership
๐ Requirements
- Extensive experience in revenue operations at a high-growth tech company
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
- Proficiency in compensation plan design and modeling
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM
