💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, acting as the liaison between development teams and business/program teams. Your core impact will be translating complex healthcare policy into actionable features that improve enrollment conversion rates and user experiences. This role offers the chance to drive digital transformation in healthcare while working remotely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and prioritize product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Track post-launch metrics and identify optimization opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management or ownership experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or government healthcare programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs in healthcare.
