💼 About This Role

You'll join the Engineering Excellence team owning a key internal operational platform. You'll take end-to-end ownership of building scalable solutions using React + Node.js. Your work will directly impact how teams operate and grow across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build full-stack internal platform features from architecture to deployment.
• Develop user interfaces using React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Experience with Next.js for production-grade frontends.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS or similar backend frameworks.

• Experience with data pipelines or analytics integrations.
• Experience building internal tooling or dashboards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
