💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role is key to keeping the store running smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
