You'll own Bitstack's CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, push, and in-app channels, driving user activation, retention, and revenue. You'll lead the migration to Braze and design a scalable CRM architecture for a fast-growing crypto startup backed by Y Combinator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys across all channels
• Build and evolve user segmentation for personalized communications
• Run iterative experiments on messaging and timing
• Execute automated journeys and high-impact campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
• Built and optimized lifecycle systems not just campaigns
• Strong segmentation and personalization skills
• Fluent in French and English
