You'll build Highbeam's revenue operations infrastructure, designing systems and processes that power predictable growth. As a founding team member, you'll directly influence strategy, unify sales and marketing data, and drive insights across the funnel. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and operationalize GTM strategy with executive leadership.
  • Design scalable systems for lead management, quotas, and reporting.
  • Build dashboards in HubSpot for pipeline and funnel metrics.
  • Analyze conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy to identify growth levers.
  • Develop forecasting models for resource allocation and revenue confidence.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in Revenue Operations or related functions.
  • Proven success supporting multiple sales motions (PLG, outbound, partner-led).
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot optimization and funnel analytics.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders on KPIs and goals.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in VC/PE-backed environments or scaling from early stage to $100M+ ARR.
  • Background in fintech, AI, or early-stage startups.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation design.
