You'll build Highbeam's revenue operations infrastructure, designing systems and processes that power predictable growth. As a founding team member, you'll directly influence strategy, unify sales and marketing data, and drive insights across the funnel. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and operationalize GTM strategy with executive leadership.
- Design scalable systems for lead management, quotas, and reporting.
- Build dashboards in HubSpot for pipeline and funnel metrics.
- Analyze conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy to identify growth levers.
- Develop forecasting models for resource allocation and revenue confidence.
๐ Requirements
- 8-12+ years in Revenue Operations or related functions.
- Proven success supporting multiple sales motions (PLG, outbound, partner-led).
- Deep expertise in HubSpot optimization and funnel analytics.
- Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders on KPIs and goals.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in VC/PE-backed environments or scaling from early stage to $100M+ ARR.
- Background in fintech, AI, or early-stage startups.
- Familiarity with sales compensation design.
