You'll lead full-lifecycle event planning for corporate and client-facing conferences, delivering exceptional service through creative solutions and vendor management. Your work directly impacts Fortune 500 client relationships across financial services, technology, and healthcare. This remote role offers global project exposure with travel for onsite event execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end event logistics for virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs
• Develop and track budgets, process invoices, and reconcile post-event finances
• Source and negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers
• Coordinate registration, food/beverage, transportation, and A/V needs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of corporate event management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience managing C-level executive events and multi-day conferences
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for onsite events

✨ Nice to Have

• Virtual event platform experience (Webex, Zoom)
• Cvent or similar event database experience
• Knowledge of venues and suppliers in key US cities
