You'll lead CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing for a digital entertainment company, driving retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. You will define and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, leveraging data insights to optimize engagement. - Develop and execute comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Design segmented, automated campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app.
- Analyze customer data to define segments and targeted programs.
- Oversee promotional planning, campaign design, and performance optimization.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven data-driven CRM strategy development and execution.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation and personalization at scale.
- Hands-on experience with omnichannel marketing platforms (email, SMS, push).

- Experience in regulated industries (online gaming or e-commerce).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
