💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision, collecting data and following behavior plans. Your work will directly support meaningful developmental progress for each child. This role offers training toward RBT certification and career growth in a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within set timeframe
