You will assist optometrists in providing a world-class Total Patient Experience by operating optical equipment and performing initial testing to prepare patients for exams. Your role is crucial in building patient relationships and supporting efficient clinic operations.

• Clean exam equipment including tonometer tip

Responsibilities

• Embrace the Total Patient Experience to build patient relationships and deliver medical support
• Comply with all company policies including HIPAA
• Operate manual and auto-lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field, GDX or OCT
• Follow scripting for testing equipment (photos, visual fields, visual activity)
• Maintain a clean and orderly exam environment
