Description
In this role, you'll build strategic relationships with healthcare leaders, drive revenue expansion within existing accounts, and partner with Customer Success to ensure customers realize the full value of PerfectServe's clinical communication solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise or consultative healthcare sales experience, ideally with hospitals or large provider organizations
- Proven success selling complex technical solutions into multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience influencing C-suite leaders and collaborating with post-sale teams like Customer Success
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital operations; Health IT experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Responsibilities
- Build value-driven relationships with hospital and physician group stakeholders including C-suite leaders
- Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and align on customer goals
- Lead structured discovery to understand customer priorities and growth potential
