You'll lead a Sales Development team in a high-growth global sales organization, driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing SDR team and optimizing processes to ensure consistent pipeline growth. This fully remote, international role offers a high-impact leadership opportunity in a modern, distributed tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.
- Build and optimize SDR processes, playbooks, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
- Monitor and report on key SDR performance metrics.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience managing Sales Development teams in SaaS or tech.
- Strong track record of driving pipeline generation through inbound and outbound channels.
- Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ).
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent.

- Experience in sales or closing roles is highly preferred.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
