You'll lead a Sales Development team in a high-growth global sales organization, driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing SDR team and optimizing processes to ensure consistent pipeline growth.   • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Build and optimize SDR processes, playbooks, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
  • Monitor and report on key SDR performance metrics.

  • Proven experience managing Sales Development teams in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong track record of driving pipeline generation through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ).
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent.

  • Experience in sales or closing roles is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
