You'll assist residents with Activities of Daily Living in a caring senior living community. You'll be a key partner in delivering person-centered care that respects each resident's choices. This entry-level role offers growth potential and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing and dressing
• Provide supervision and cueing for transfers
• Communicate and coordinate with resident needs and team
• Respond to emergency calls from independent living residents

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required
• Caring and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work under supervision of nurse
