💼 About This Role

You'll join Tomo's mortgage operations team to underwrite residential agency conforming loans using AI-driven tools. You'll analyze borrower finances and property valuations to make lending decisions without direct borrower interaction. This role combines technology and excellent service to create a memorable home buying experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Underwrite and decision Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loans
• Verify and analyze financial documentation
• Review appraisal reports for discrepancies
• Calculate qualifying ratios and determine creditworthiness

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years underwriting Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loans
• Proficiency in Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Ability to calculate DTI, LTV, and other loan ratios

✨ Nice to Have

• VA LAPP/SAR/DE certifications
• Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
