In this role, you'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
