You'll partner with advisors across TIFIN's ecosystem to help them bring the @Work platform to their plan sponsor clients. Your core impact is reshaping how advisors think about their book, bridging retirement and wealth to drive real practice growth. This role stands out because you're working with advisors already in our world, helping them grasp an untapped opportunity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with advisors and become their go-to resource for @Work
  • Help advisors find plan sponsor opportunities and build conviction to act
  • Consult on practice management bridging retirement and wealth management
  • Equip advisors to win net-new plans through prospect conversations and presentations

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years working with RIAs in sales, enablement, or account management
  • Real fluency in how advisors run their practices and retirement plan business
  • A consultative instinct to change how an advisor thinks rather than push a product
