Description

You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk within Affirm's Checkout product, balancing growth, risk, and customer trust. You'll lead a team of Product Managers, partner with Engineering, ML, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to scale and evolve the underwriting system, and drive quantitative storytelling to influence senior leaders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience including leadership roles
• Deep experience with Credit, Pricing, and/or Fraud stakeholders
• Strong quantitative and analytical orientation
• Experience building and scaling platform and decisioning products
• Proven track record managing and mentoring large, geographically distributed PM teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk (Credit, Pricing, Fraud) within Checkout
• Translate mission into a product roadmap balancing growth, risk, customer trust, and scalability
• Lead and scale a team of Product Managers, fostering culture of accountability and high performance
• Partner with Machine Learning, Analytics, and Engineering to shape model-driven product experiences
• Set and own key performance metrics (approval rate, conversion, loss rate, unit economics, LTV, fraud outcomes, customer trust)
