💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team across France and Spain. You'll own regional performance and forecast accuracy while being deeply involved in key customer conversations. This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy for a rapidly growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, onboard, and develop AEs across France and Spain
• Own regional number and forecast accuracy
• Inspect pipeline quality and unblock stalled deals
• Join key customer and prospect conversations

📋 Requirements

• 10-15+ years in enterprise customer-facing sales role
• 5+ years managing an enterprise sales team
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
