Description

You will partner with multiple groups to lead in-person onboarding, facilitate learning and development activities, coordinate site-wide meetings, and plan employee engagement events for Auth0's Engineering organization in Bangalore.

Requirements

• 5+ years in learning & development, event management, or employee engagement
• Experience working with senior leaders
• Highly proficient in G-Suite, expert in G-Sheets
• Proficient in Atlassian Confluence
• Strong English communication skills, proactive and organized

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person onboarding for new hires, improving employee experience
• Facilitate Learning & Development activities for new and existing employees
• Coordinate site-wide meetings, including All Hands meetings
• Plan and execute employee engagement events (off-sites, conferences, social activities) within budget
