Description

You'll own end-to-end technical quality for products like Claude.ai, API, enterprise deployments, or Claude Code, scale to millions of users, and partner with product and research teams to redefine what's possible with LLMs.

• Experience building consumer and/or enterprise end-user experiences

Responsibilities

• Build products and tools (console, SDKs, docs, observability) for developer trust
• Scale efforts to millions of users globally
• Own technical quality across stack: performance, accessibility, reliability, developer experience
• Understand new model capabilities and redefine user experiences
• Work with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers
