- Act as escalation point for service issues and irregular operations.
- Maintain guest profiles and ensure accuracy of flight details.
- Provide overnight leadership coverage for guest needs.
📋 Requirements
- 1 year experience as a customer service team lead or supervisor.
- Aviation or hospitality experience is a must.
- Remote customer service background using email and tools like Zendesk.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends.
