💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional AI infrastructure programs for a high-growth startup building an AMD-powered AI platform. You'll own the end-to-end program lifecycle from scoping to deployment, ensuring GPU cluster projects deliver at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning hardware, software, and ML platform development.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics for AI infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
• Communicate program status, risks, and blockers through regular updates.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical program management in infrastructure or ML/AI systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex multi-quarter programs involving hardware and software.
• Experience with Jira and implementing workflows to match team processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AMD GPU architectures (ROCm, Instinct) or competitive platforms.
• Background in ML infrastructure, model training/inference pipelines, or MLOps.
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced infrastructure organization.
