You'll join the Starlink team to deliver exceptional customer support for a revolutionary satellite broadband service. You'll triage and resolve issues across digital and voice channels, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels.
• Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center collateral.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in a front-line customer support role.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
