📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in high-performance environment (consulting, banking, startup ops, recruiting)
• Structured problem-solving ability to break down ambiguity
• Exceptional organization managing multiple high-priority workstreams
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders across levels
