Tech Stack

Description

You will lead and evolve Robinhood's core People Systems with a strong focus on Workday, managing a distributed team and driving configuration, integrations, and solution design. This is a hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA, requiring in-person attendance at least 4 days per week.

Requirements

• 7+ years of People Systems or HRIS experience including 2+ years in people management
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong expertise in Core HCM
• Proven experience with Workday integrations including EIBs (required) and Workday Studio (preferred)
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and/or Ashby
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve core People Systems with focus on Workday across functional and technical domains
• Act as hands-on technical leader driving configuration, integrations, and solution design
• Manage and develop a distributed team of employees and contractors
• Design, build, and maintain integrations within the People tech stack
• Drive initiatives such as system implementations, Workday enhancements, and Extend investments
