You will provide high-quality product support to Klaviyo's German-speaking customers via email and live chat, developing deep platform knowledge and resolving software issues. You'll document troubleshooting steps and embrace AI to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role troubleshooting software/SaaS issues
- Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
- Ability to work weekends (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
- Provide high-quality product support via email and live chat
