💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of five credit risk analysts as a core part of how Mollie grows responsibly. You'll design and build credit risk infrastructure - policies, models, and processes - to support new financial products. This role offers real ownership and lasting impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the merchant credit risk portfolio and team SLAs
• Design and implement a new credit risk framework for new products
• Optimize assessment processes using AI tooling for automation
• Report regularly to leadership on portfolio performance and risk

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience in both PSP and banking environments
• Proven expertise in credit model and policy development from scratch
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
