• Lead and mentor a team of 8 Account Executives.
• Coach on sales strategy, pipeline, and opportunity execution.
• Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent.
• Manage complex contract negotiations as executive sponsor.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding team quotas through coaching.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MEDDIC and Salesforce.com.
