You'll lead the design of agentic-first capabilities in Nexus Repository Manager, used by 15 million developers. You'll define agentic engineering practices and mentor Senior engineers on multi-agent development workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical design of major agentic-first subsystems.
• Own product initiatives from design through rollout.
• Define eval harnesses, guardrails, and review rituals.
• Set engineering practices for agentic workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development
• Multi-agent orchestration experience (Claude Code, LangGraph, etc.)
• Deep Java and cloud distributed systems experience
• Verification-first mindset for agent-generated code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with software supply chain security (SBOM, SCA, Sigstore)
• Published or open-sourced agentic workflow practices
• Product engineering mindset
