📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Java/Spring Boot
• Proven ability to balance flexibility and simplicity in system/component design
• Clean communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Pragmatic decision-making on performance vs. velocity based on business impact
