You'll design and execute A/B tests to improve acquisition, activation, and retention across a large-scale learning platform serving over one million users. Working within a collaborative Product Growth team, you'll turn data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across the customer journey
• Build and manage a clear experimentation roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on testing initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities using analytics and research

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in CRO or growth marketing
• Proven success with experiments that improved conversion rates
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Convert and Hotjar

• German language skills
• Experience in the DACH market
