🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new country expansion.
• Perform financial analysis partnering with FP&A and AP teams.
• Manage payroll vendor setup end-to-end.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in regional or global payroll operations.
• 5+ years in vendor relationship/procurement/contract negotiations.
• Expertise in payroll tax compliance for 3+ countries.
• Advanced proficiency in G-Sheets or Excel.
