💼 About This Role

You'll apply Scientist AI to real-world problems, working with researchers and domain experts. You will design workflows, develop datasets and tooling, and iterate on production-grade ML solutions. This role offers hands-on experience at a non-profit AI lab led by Yoshua Bengio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accelerate applied research, model training and inference
• Design and implement research experiment workflows
• Develop datasets, tooling, dashboards, and libraries
• Redesign research prototypes into production tools

📋 Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field
• Advanced degree (MSc+) in machine learning or equivalent
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workload managers (Ray, SLURM)
• Industry experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience building ML products from research prototypes
