💼 About This Role

You'll join a rapidly expanding tech team building the world's largest AI companionship platform. You'll own features end-to-end from planning to deployment, and have time to run experiments and bring new ideas. This fully remote role offers a chance to shape the roadmap of a category-defining product with 50M+ users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review project specs with the Product Manager
• Prepare integration plans and estimates
• Implement code, review PRs, and write tests
• Collaborate with engineers, SRE, and data scientists

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a back-end or full-stack software engineer
• Experience in tech scale-ups or fast-paced environments
• Built large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Experience in data science or generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps)
• Worked with globally distributed teams
