💼 About This Role

You'll join a team of 13 building the AI-native testing platform for modern development teams like Notion, Quora, and Xero. You'll research target accounts and build pipeline through outbound prospecting across multiple channels. This is a founding role with direct mentorship from the CEO who leads GTM.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research target accounts and create prospect lists
  • Build pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Run playbooks, test strategies, and iterate to optimize conversion
  • Refine messaging with feedback from sales team and CEO

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR role cold-calling technical personas
  • Proven success hitting quota in a similar role
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Based in San Francisco and willing to work onsite 5 days/week
