Description

You will investigate and respond to high-risk escalations, including threats against child safety and violent extremism, using internal tools and open-source intelligence. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, document investigations, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to mitigate platform risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year relevant experience in investigations or policy enforcement
• Experience managing high-pressure, sensitive investigations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data analysis and investigation tool proficiency
• Familiarity with online safety issues preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid investigations into critical incidents including child safety and violent extremism
• Use internal tools, data analysis, and OSINT techniques to gather evidence
• Act as primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for immediate incident response
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and conduct post-mortem reviews
